As a Communications Intern at Concordia, Emma assists with all elements of communications across the organization. In particular, Emma creates written content in support of Concordia and its initiatives, in addition to assisting with social media content creation and scheduling, copyediting and proofreading all written materials, and actively engaging with other departments to brainstorm and execute timely and relevant editorial content.
Prior to joining Concordia, Emma gained experience volunteering with NGOs such as Oxfam and World Vision in Mexico City, while also taking part in the International Relations Club in Madrid, where she wrote news articles, organized events, and focused on fundraising for social causes.
Originally from Norway, Emma is currently graduating from a four-year Bachelor’s degree in International Relations at Universidad Europea, where she carried out her final semester at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
