Eduardo is Director of Thought Leadership at Palladium where he works with private clients in designing and implementing inclusive growth strategies that deliver positive impact at scale. Innovative approaches involve rethinking business ecosystems to achieve sustainable supply chains, access difficult to reach markets and bridging the skills gap. He co-authored :”Inclusive Growth: Profitable Strategies for Tackling Poverty and Inequality” with Professors Kaplan and Serafeim, which was published in Harvard Business Review in January 2018. They are working on a follow-on article on Stages of Sustainability. He has worked in over 80 countries with experience in multiple industries, especially food and agriculture. He is a graduate of Harvard and University of Wisconsin.
