Mark Shmulevich is a senior executive in technology business and avid supporter of science, education and talent development. He is Director of Zimin Institutes program at the Zimin Foundation and Chief Operating Officer at TAIGER, a fast-growing AI software company. In 2012, at the age of 29, Mark was appointed Deputy Minister of ICT of Russia and served until 2014, providing support to IT and innovation industries. He currently holds positions across several institutions, including Zimin Institutes, the Zimin Foundation and Advisory Board of the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research and Technology Innovation Centre (ICT branch). He is also a Vice-Chair of the Digital Transformation Chapter of SGTech, the leading business federation in Singapore.
