As Chief Operating Officer, Deborah Gibbins is responsible for the company’s global supply chain and research and development organizations. In addition, she oversees the finance, public affairs and strategic planning divisions at Mary Kay Inc.
Deborah joined Mary Kay Inc. in 2013 as Chief Financial Officer and in 2018, she was named Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining the iconic beauty brand, Deborah spent 17 years at PepsiCo’s Frito Lay North America division, where she held senior leadership roles within the finance function including Senior Vice President of Revenue Management. Before PepsiCo, she excelled in a decade-long career at Arthur Anderson LLP, leaving the firm as a Senior Manager in the audit and consulting practice.
Deborah and her husband, Robb, reside in Dallas with their two sons.
