David is Chief Executive Officer of EthioChicken, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Flow Equity, and Director of Uzima Chicken, Flow Equity’s business in Rwanda. Flow Equity is a U.S.-based venture development company focused on the traditional rural poultry sector in Sub-Saharan Africa. EthioChicken is the leading poultry company in Ethiopia, employing over 800 people and reaching over one million smallholder households every year with improved poultry breeds.
David started his career with Chicago-based Interfaith Youth Core and as a Director of Assetmap. He graduated Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa and was a Rhodes Scholar finalist at Northwestern University where he received a B.A. in Political Science.
