Danielle has 20+ years’ experience in social performance management primarily for mining and oil and gas companies, focussing on stakeholder engagement, social and economic development, and social risk and impact assessment and measurement. She has led social performance teams within companies and worked in socio-economic consultancy, both independently and for international engineering and project development firms.
Her technical expertise is in the:
– Design and implementation of social performance management and measurement systems;
– social components of planning and approvals (EIS/EES);
– social performance management primarily in the areas of social risk, community health and safety, land access and cultural heritage.
Danielle has a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communications. She completed Melbourne Business School’s Executive Leadership training course and has certificates in impact assessment (socio-economic, health and human rights), public participation and risk communication amongst others.
