Clement Silavwe, FEIZ. Currently CEO for REA Zambia, he’s an Electrical Engineer and Energy Expert with MEng in Operations and Planning of Energy Systems, Kathmandu/NTNU(2012, NORAD). He has a strong interest in use of ICT as an enabler of the renewable and OGS space. A fervent advocate of incorporating Energy Efficiency into renewable energy roll out, he supports the “Energy as a Service” as opposed to the kWh turnover business model.
