Christian Krüger Sarmiento, lawyer of the University of La Sabana with more than fifteen years of experience in the public and private sector, is the General Director of Migration Colombia since 2015. Krüger Sarmiento has a specialization in Contract Law from the Universidad del Rosario and has served as External Advisor to the Office of the Attorney General of the Nation, Advisor to the renowned firm Leyva Abogados, Superintendent Delegate for the Operation of the Superintendence of Surveillance and Private Security, as well as Secretary General of the Administrative Department of Security (DAS) and Secretary General of Migration Colombia. This experience has allowed Christian Krüger to participate actively in the construction of a new state model, leading the Superintendence of Private Security and Surveillance, working on important processes such as the suppression of the Administrative Department of Security – DAS and in the consolidation of what is now Migration Colombia.
