As The Adecco Group’s ESG/Sustainability Coordinator, Caspar Henke works on driving an integrated approach to sustainability and shared value creation across the Group. Caspar’s key responsibilities include Environmental Sustainability and Employee Engagement. Before his current role, Caspar joined the Group as a Junior Public Affairs Specialist, focusing on social and labor market policy.
Caspar led The Adecco Group’s research on Skills for the Green Economy and its global analysis of Government Responses in COVID-19.
Caspar has an academic background in Political Economy of Energy and holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Amsterdam. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Politics and Society from the University of Bonn.
