Carlos Alberto Pereira Olmedo, has a degree in accounting; Master in Business Administration; specialist auditor in Anti Money Laundering; He is also a Lawyer, specialist in Taxation. He also served as president of the National Development Bank (BNF) and as minister of the Technical Planning Secretariat (STP), since September 2018.
He carried out formulation and preparation of technical and economic feasibility studies for financial and commercial entities . He was manager and director of private companies and external auditor of financial entities and commercial companies. In addition, he teaches several chairs at different local universities.
