Bruno Reynaud de Sousa teaches at the School of Law (University of Minho, Portugal) and conducts research at the JusGov-Research Centre for Justice and Governance. At JusGov he is Co-Lead of NATO4Schools, a capacity-building project supported by the NATO Public Diplomacy Division in 2023 and 2024. He is an alumnus of the US Department of State, the International Space University, the National Defense Institute of Portugal, and the College of Europe. In 2023, as a Fulbright awardee, he held a visiting scholar position at the Space Policy Institute (Elliott School of International Affairs, George Washington University, USA). His affiliations include the Fulbright Association, the International Institute of Space Law, and EuroDefense-Portugal.
