Ben Hubbard is the co-founder and CEO of Parsyl Inc., a venture backed technology company that delivers IoT enabled supply chain visibility and insurance solutions for shippers and suppliers of pharmaceuticals, perishable foods and other sensitive goods.

Ben is a former senior Obama Administration appointee where he served as Chief of Staff at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and later as the Director of USAID’s $3bn credit financing division, the Development Credit Authority (DCA). Ben played a key role in many of the Obama Administration’s signature development initiatives, including President Obama’s Power Africa and New Alliance Food Security initiatives.

Before joining USAID, Ben worked in a range of leadership roles at leading global development organizations, including ONE where he was a policy advisor and later chief of staff, and the Clinton Foundation, where he helped to launch the Foundation’s HIV/AIDS work in Kenya. Ben earned a BA in Economics from Cornell University and currently resides in Denver, Colorado.
