Mr. Oye is the Principal Partner of the Legal Firm, Dele Oye & Associates and the Chairman of MST West Africa Ltd. President, Cyber Innovation Foundation, Board Adviser/Acting Chairman, Brightwaters Energy Ltd – a company into diverse oil services and gas exploration and development in Nigeria/West Africa.
Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC), Governing Council Member of the Standards Organization of Nigeria (SON), Ex Council member, Council of Legal Education(2013-2016), Ex- Council member of Nigeria’s highest Committee in charge of discipline within the legal profession; the Body of Benchers (2016-2019).
Mr. Oye stands out as a premier advocate for the business community through his activities in the Chambers of Commerce network in Nigeria and West Africa/Africa. From 2010 -2019, he served as National Vice President of the Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA). He has also held several positions of responsibility in the Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) including the position of President between 2008 -2011. In 2012, in recognition of his immense contributions to Abuja Chamber of Commerce, a hall at the Chambers Trade Centre was named in his honour – DELE OYE HALL. Mr. Oye is currently the 2nd Deputy President of NACCIMA, Adviser to the President, Federation of West Africa Chambers of Commerce and also President, Nigeria Turkey Business Council.
