I am a transformational leader with a unique vantage point — someone who has experienced rock bottom, rebuilt from the ground up, and now leads multi-million-dollar operations with a mission-driven heart and an executive mindset.

Over the past 11 years at Goodwill of Colorado, I’ve progressed from an entry-level team member to Regional Turnaround Manager, responsible for leading high-volume retail operations, reversing underperformance, and empowering people to reach their full potential. My career has been defined by building resilient teams, restoring cultures, and consistently delivering results — all through strategic execution and values-based leadership.

Beyond operations, I’ve had the privilege of representing Goodwill on national platforms, including a feature in Forbes, campaigns alongside Jordin Sparks, and various speaking engagements where I share not just my story, but what’s possible when organizations invest in people and purpose.

My expertise includes: • Regional operations & turnaround strategy • Executive-level collaboration & cross-functional leadership • Talent development & culture building • Public speaking, brand representation & storytelling • Workforce reintegration & second-chance hiring advocacy

Whether I’m guiding a district team or addressing an audience of hundreds, I lead with impact, humility, and a deep belief in what’s possible. I’m open to connecting with mission-aligned leaders, organizations, and platforms ready to scale both business and human potential.
