Anna Kletsidou is the manager of social sustainability at Philip Morris International, where she strategizes and directs human rights policies and programs across the value chain.
As manager of social sustainability, Anna leads the global social sustainability strategy of Philip Morris International (PMI), prioritizing and directing policies and programs across the value chain to deliver world-class performance. In her role, Anna executes PMI human rights strategy and vision, acting as a center of expertise and enabler of cross-functional work across the company to define, plan, implement, monitor, report and communicate on programs globally.
Prior to joining PMI in 2016, Anna was a human resources and compliance manager at Nestle. She holds a master’s degrees in business law, international politics, and European law.
