Ann Weeby

Ann Weeby leads Workforce Innovation at Salesforce and is committed to building programs and products that allow non-traditional job seekers to gain skills and launch high-paying, remote careers in the Salesforce ecosystem. She believes that business is the greatest platform for change and wants to diversity technology companies while also making sure people have a great impact on the world through their work. As a military veteran, she also oversees the company’s commitment to training 80,000 veterans and military spouses. Prior to Salesforce, Ann worked in the nonprofit sector and currently serves as the board chair of Technovation, a global tech education nonprofit that empowers girls to become leaders, creators, and problem solvers.
