Angel Ortiz-Ricard, JD is currently deployed to work in the CDC National Response to Covid 19 as the Vaccine Equity Coordinator within the Vaccine Equity Team, Chief Health Equity Office. For the past 20 years, Mr. Ortiz-Ricard has worked for the Division of HIV Prevention, National Center for HIV/AIDS, Viral Hepatitis, STD, TB Prevention, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in various capacities. He has worked in the HIV Prevention field for over two decades, dedicating most of his professional life to working on behalf of the HIV infected and affected communities. Mr. Ortiz-Ricard holds a Juris Doctor from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico.
