Andrzej Duda – the former President of the Republic of Poland (2015–2025).
He graduated with a law degree at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and began working as a research and teaching professor there. In 2005, he founded his own law firm.
He continued his career at the Ministry of Justice, serving as Vice Minister. In 2008, he was appointed Undersecretary of State in the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland, by the then President Lech Kaczyński. In 2011, he was elected a member of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, assuming the position of Vice-Chairman of the Constitutional Accountability Committee. In 2014, he became a member of the European Parliament. In 2015, he was elected President of the Republic of Poland for a five-year term and again in 2020.
After his presidency, he founded Fundacja Central European 3Seas Institute – Andrzej Duda Foundation. In early 2026, he joined The Heritage Foundation as a Distinguished Visiting Fellow. He joined the Concordia Leadership Council in the spring 2026.
