Alex Jacobs-Hajian is a Technology Strategy Director at Microsoft, advising senior leaders at some of the company’s largest global financial-services clients on digital transformation, AI adoption, and enterprise technology strategy.
His career has spanned PwC, Deloitte, and Accenture, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions advisory and deals strategy, that placed him at the intersection of technology, finance, law, and policy. He helps organizations translate emerging technologies into practical business outcomes while strengthening governance, accountability, and institutional trust.
Alex holds an engineering degree and an MBA, and completed graduate legal studies at Northwestern University. A frequent participant in international convenings, he engages with the Atlantic Council — where he took part in the 2025 Millennium Leadership Intensive — as well as the Milken Institute, Aspen Institute, Banff Forum, and Future Investment Initiative.
Born and raised in Tehran, he rebuilt his life in Canada, an experience that continues to shape his commitment to pluralism, civic belonging, and inclusive leadership. Now based in San Francisco, he is a lay leader and volunteer in the community at large.
