Alex is a Co-Founder of Holos. Originally from Toronto, Canada Alex now lives between Venice, CA and Costa Rica. Alex spent more than a decade as an entrepreneur building technology startups. His search for new treatment options for his mom led him to the world of plant medicine in 2018. After his first guided experience in 2018, Alex was convinced that these medicines and type of therapy would transform mental healthcare and make a huge impact in our world. Alex is a board member of the Nikean Foundation and completed a psychedelic integration training in 2020.
