Alejandro Eder is the former High Presidential Counselor for Reintegration of Colombia (2010-2014), was a member of the team that first contacted the FARC and achieved the Havana Framework Agreement (2009-2012) and was an alternate negotiator during the public phase of talks (2012-2014). Currently Mr. Eder is Executive Director of the FDI Pacífico Foundation (www.fdipacifico.org) in Cali, Colombia.
