Adrian Shahbaz is vice president for research and analysis at Freedom House, a non-profit organization dedicated to a world where all people are free. Adrian oversees the organization’s flagship annual report, ‘Freedom in the World,’ as well as its global analysis on democracy, technology, media, and authoritarianism. He previously served as the organization’s director of technology and democracy, and earlier worked as a researcher at the United Nations, European Parliament, and Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). He holds a master’s degree from the London School of Economics.
