With a rise in technological advancements, such as artificial intelligence, the workforce has and will continue to experience new opportunities and challenges. To ensure the fourth industrial revolution can successfully be implemented, there must be a supportive narrative. This panel of academic and professional experts provided a framework for this narrative. For this panel, the future of work is a workforce that operates in complement to technology. To achieve this, they explained that there must be improvements to academic institutions and information systems.
