Pacific Lutheran University presented their model for orienting the entire university around social impact. Their model, which can serve as a benchmark to other academic institutions, utilizes a whole system-thinking approach that highlights the interconnectedness of issues and the important role partnership development plays. PLU’s work utilizes a multi-year plan to collect community needs and address the urgent social problems.
